This is a note to remind myself not to go to their service department next time. Went there for an 8am appointment and left an hour later with zero work done. This location is understaffed, disorganized, and a complete waste of time. The Chaos: Check-in took 20 minutes while we were all told to wait in the car like a drive thru lane, except there's no burger at the end of the line. I’m very disappointed with how this situation has been handled. My RAV4 was part of the known paint failure issue, and in 2022 I brought it in under Toyota’s program to have it repainted. However, the dealer /shop only repainted part of the vehicle not the entire car ( because the own paint issue wouldn’t eventually affect the whole car ?) . I’ve consistently brought my vehicle to your dealership for Toyota Care services, including oil changes and tire rotations. Each service record notes that tire rotations were performed. However, the wear pattern on my tires shows significant edge wear, which is consistent with tires not being rotated. Because of this, I had to replace the tires much earlier than expected. First, this dealership had been wonderful and excellent in servicing my previous 2014 Prius Plug-in. I still remember how my service advisor Di Wu being awesome and the other guy (forgot your name, sorry but you were also awesome, I saw you behind your table earlier as I was pulling into stop) 😳. BE AWARE: Don’t bring your car to service it to Toyota Wondries. Brought the car for a simple maintenance and they broke something else and made me pay for it! Then after taking the car out there was some other issues with the car, honestly if you want to waste money and time go there. I won’t be going back!!!
