I’ve consistently brought my vehicle to your dealership for Toyota Care services, including oil changes and tire rotations. Each service record notes that tire rotations were performed. However, the wear pattern on my tires shows significant edge wear, which is consistent with tires not being rotated. Because of this, I had to replace the tires much earlier than expected. First, this dealership had been wonderful and excellent in servicing my previous 2014 Prius Plug-in. I still remember how my service advisor Di Wu being awesome and the other guy (forgot your name, sorry but you were also awesome, I saw you behind your table earlier as I was pulling into stop) 😳. BE AWARE: Don’t bring your car to service it to Toyota Wondries. Brought the car for a simple maintenance and they broke something else and made me pay for it! Then after taking the car out there was some other issues with the car, honestly if you want to waste money and time go there. I won’t be going back!!!
I went there today but my Lifetime Free Oil Change was denied. I was supposed to get free oil change every 6 months as long as I own the car. It was part of the deal offered by them when I bought my car. was told by their Service Manager that the dealership had changed. The new management shall continue honer this offer as they are still Toyota Dealer. Changing management shall not waive their liability. I am very disappointed.
Completely unprofessional – used 0W-16 instead of 0W-20 and made excuses. They put 0W-16 oil in my 2013 Sienna even though the official spec clearly says it requires 0W-20. When I confronted them, they argued that “their engineers know what they’re doing” and claimed my 10-year-old car needs thinner oil. What a joke! They made a mistake and still tried to defend it. Hands down the worst Toyota service ever!!
