Went there as a DoorDash driver to pick up an order and nobody was working. Waited about 10 minutes and nobody showed up. Don’t know if the person quit or left but not good experience.

I wanted to LOVE this ice cream, I really did. The idea is a cool novelty and the items used were quality but it just seemed like a Cold Stone Creamery "lite". Firstly, it was in the mall and close to a DQ, which was odd. They only had one lady working and she did each of them separately which caused the product to be slow to get. Delicious
Terrible customer service! Waited in line (one person in front of us and no one behind) for ice cream. Then when it was our turn he said we would have to come back in 15 min because he was going to take a break. Needless to say we did not come back.
