We hired Raoul to restore our condominium after a fire and associated water damage rendered it uninhabitable. Raoul and his team worked diligently to not only do the restoration, but to correct old pre-existing deficiencies and non code compliant conditions. He kept his pricing transparent and was willing to allow us to buy out some of the replacement items in order to save some money. This is a long overdue review from when Raoul and his team helped us with a kitchen remodel back in 2023. He was communicative regarding the schedule of subcontractors/steps along the way and knowledgable when it came to options for our space His attention to detail was also greatly appreciated - when one of the cabinet doors arrived with a slight discoloration, he had a replacement ordered before we even knew there was an issue. Overall, it was a seamless experience working with the Wonderman team!
Raoul and his crew did an awesome job of transforming main bedroom shower from a DIY gone wrong to a better version of our original shower. From demolition to final touches, everyone was quick and efficient and worked hard to limit the disruption to our daily lives. When issues arouse, Raoul made sure to reach out and problem solve to keep the work on schedule and Jorge, the tile setter stayed late in order to complete the job before our planned vacation.
