Absolutely ridiculous. I was quoted 40. Showed him a picture of what I wanted. Went to check out and it changed to 60. For fills... The reason, I asked for only half the nail (tip) to be painted and they said it was ombre style. Seriously! Wow. Get the quote in writing. The guys at the front has memory issues. RESPONSE: NO, I Did not "change my mind to ombre", the picture did NOT change. Don't try to sugar coat this, your establishment was in the wrong for quoting me one price and then changing me another.
They listened. They cared. They double checked that I was happy with my requests. Please make them look naturally clean and beautiful. Not too thick. I’m pleased.
