I received my first deep tissue massage this week & Sarah was AMAZING! Sarah not only listened to my concerns, but did an excellent job checking in to be sure I was comfortable & well-cared for. I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone & I can't wait to schedule again!
Wow! My 3 yr old and I made it finally to the magic carpet yoga storytime and it was awesome :) Looking forward to doing it again soon! Sarah got my little girl to participate and she warmed up super fast.
Im a traveling Firetruck tech, I am climbing up and under these giant apparatuses, and holding awkward positions for long periods of time. On top of long distance travel, the jet lag can wear on you. The wonderland wellness services and setting are rejuvenating . The combination of stretch and deep tissue, therapy applied were truly healing.
