We have purchased and installed over 100 rainfall shower heads from Wonderland. The Wonderland team has been great to work with. They have been very responsive any time I have a question or concern and have worked with us as needed to ensure we have the rainfall shower heads needed or a good alternate.
I haven't installed the product yet, but the company was great to work with and promptly rectified a delivery issue I had.
I have a handyman service and was hired by a client to repair a defective shower cartridge. I contacted Wonderland Shower via phone and the representative was very professional and knowledgeable. She sent me a text message immediately after our phone call with a photo showing the dimensions needed to order the correct part. I obtained the info and texted back.
