Dr.Wallace was an amazing pediatrician. She was kind, patient, and sweet to us. Her sudden departure truly left a hole in our hearts. We will deeply miss her compassion and the trust we had in her care. Thank you for everything you did for my son.
Closed and didn't notify patients. I showed up with my four month old child who was scheduled to receive their vaccinations. When we arrived there was a note on the door that they were permanently closed. Absolutely no notice (phone call, email, etc...). Now we are left scrambling to find alternatives arrangements. When you call their office, no one is manning the phones and there is no way to leave a message. Terrible way to close a practice.
This practice closed with no notice, I had an appointment and found out when I arrived at the office. The notice says the office is closing in February and the office actually just shut down before then as of 1/9/26. I can’t access my child’s newborn medical records & can’t get a new appointment without them. There is no response from the practice. This is shocking.
This pediatric office is one of the most unprofessional, disorganized, and unethical medical practices I have ever encountered. Parents and Children deserve better. As a parent, I am appalled to have encountered this attitude from a Pediatrician who was very kind in the honeymoon phase. Especially after I approached the situation amicably, waiting patiently for 5+ minutes in the empty front lobby. When we walked in the receptionist was so nice and she let us know that even though we were so early it was ok to wait in the lobby. I love that the office is designed to feel very kids friendly. My son played in the play area which was so disorganized but it lets me know the children are comfortable in the space to play. My son loved it so much that when it was time for his appointment he cried. Dr. Wallace was so nice and patient. I pray we continue to have great interaction here and I look forward to our next visit.
