Can’t get anyone to answer the phone
Dr. Smith has been our son's pediatrician for five years, and the care has been consistently excellent. So when she was out of town and we saw her partner, Dr. Lindsey, we had high expectations. Dr. Lindsey exceeded them. Her bedside manner was extraordinary. She was patient, warm, and took the time to connect with our son directly rather than talking over him. Absolutely LOVEEEEEE Dr Lindsay. As a a first time mom, I love how patient and attentive she is. Never blows off my concerns. Now almost all my nieces come to her too!
My kids have been going to Dr.Smith since my son was an infant and he’s 5 now but as of lately the communication has been poor! I messaged Dr.Smith on April 1st with no response on my chart. I messaged her again concerning my son on April 23 and still no response and today is April 27. I was told by her last year that messaging her on my chart was the quickest way to get a response from her instead of calling the office every time I have a concern.
