I came in and showed the male nail technician a photo of one of my previous nail sets, asking him to recreate it as closely as possible. He told me he couldn’t make it exact but would try to get it close. I asked for a square shape, but as he started filing, my nails ended up looking more like duck nails. I had such a great experience at Wonderful Nail Salon. I am a really bad nail biter and my nails were in terrible shape, I barely had any nails at all and I was honestly embarrassed to go in. But they did not make me feel judged at all. They made me feel comfortable and welcome as soon as I walked in. I told them what I wanted and they did exactly that. As soon as I walked through the doors I hear “What you need”!! No actual greeting. I then stated I want to get a fill and I have 2 acrylic powders colors, White and Pink. The man responded so nasty, no we only do one color. $50 for your nails. He hadn’t even seen my nails yet to start throwing out prices. For this nail shop to be new in the area, they are nasty to certain people. Do not waste your time and money at this nail shop. Go down the street to Star Nails instead!!!
Been going to these amazing nail techs for almost 20 years . Will follow them wherever they go . Simply amazing and friendly service with a nice and clean atmosphere .
Very good for the price; I will say, it does feel like they're rushing a bit and don't necessarily have a great eye for detail. But overall, very pleased considering what I paid - if anything, just be super vocal about what you want down to the details.
