I got my nails done 2 weeks ago, it was a young guy don't know his name. The price I was quoted was $50 for a full set, somehow it jumped to 80 when he glued the nail on because I wanted white tips. I asked for him to cut them shorter and him and some Asian lady wih red hair started talking about me in their language. She kept looking at me and my nails and then shaking her head. Okay. Hear me out. The massages are WONDERFUL buuuut……They nickel and dime their customers soooo bad! My $35 pedicure turned into a $50 pedicure! Why? How? $8 for gel polish and she snuck in a $5 gel nail polish take off that she literally filed over for like 2 seconds!! $5 for that!? I’ll NEVER come back. And I think I’m a generous tipper too! At least $7-$12 per visit! Oh not to mention $2 fee for debit card. Fees every which way!!! Sheesh! Kudos to those that are fans of over paying. I’m done here.

Went in at the last minute needing a fill and had an inspo Pic. I was blown away by how well they were able to match it. I knew that my nails were a diffrent length and shape and would have been happy with a design that was at least the same theme but my nail tech was meticulous and put in a real effort to get it to match. I was so happy with how they came out. I paid $110 for a fill and the design but it was well worth it for the effort she put into my nails. So I arrive at 3 for a Pedicure & Powder nail. It took 'forever' for the powder gel. I went to check out at 4:40! And I'm told they don't take CC only cash or Zelle!(tiny sign)at front desk. My bank refused payment and the manager had to take me to the "other"location to take the CC. She insisted on my DL for security. We actually drove 6 miles to pay at the other location?! Never have I Ever! Apparently, their reputation is SO BAD! Because of Customer disputes, Credit Card companies will not cover this business. Don't waste... read more
