Your dentist office has been very unprofessional. The lady that typically sits at the front receptionist window is very rude & gruff. I called the office a couple of weeks after an extraction procedure due to having developed a cyst at the injection site for the numbing shot. Receptionist, put me on hold over 30 minutes till I hung up. After I called back ,she immediately put me on hold again for another 45 minutes without ever talking to me. Went in nervous due to just having a really bad experience with smile point.. but this staff is the greatest team I have been treated by. They’re very thorough and very professional at what they do. If you expect things to be rushed and in and out service this is not the place for you. They’re very professional and thorough at your first visit evaluation.
