Lady at front desk lied about accepting walk ins because I didn’t want full service. I asked her for a color change and she said I need a fill in even though I JUST had one.
Absolutely horrible service. For a $30 manicure I expected more. It doesn't matter that I'm not getting an acrylic set like your female clients, I still expect good service and respect. My nails were given the basics as asked since I'm a guy but what happened to making sure I have an enjoyable experience and my hands are taken care of. DON'T GO HERE!!!
Went to this nail salon today happy to inform all interested customers that the nail technicians are pleasant and very helpful with that being said the greeter who addresses you at the front desk is rude and do not know how to talk to or address customers I feel she needs customer service training on how to speake to customers with that being said we spent over 200 dollars and no tip due to her rude behavior please address this issue her behavior is hurting the good staff thank you..if she was the only one there i would not ... read more
