Every time i call to make an appointment, Even when i arrive early, i have to wait an extra hour, told to come back or I'm told i dont have an appointment. Im a regular customer here and come here atleast twice a month (WITH AN APPOINTMENT). The purpose for an appointment is to be seen at that time. That is a designated time for me. I can understand if you maybe running a few minutes behind. But today I scheduled for a 10am appt. I arrived at 9:50 and was told i had to come back at 10:45. MIND YOU they dont open until 10:00!... read more
