TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THIS VET WILL SCAM YOU! I was charged over $140 for a health certificate (AFTER A $50 coupon). This vet charges $270 an hour to fill out forms. (Seriously I was charged $90 for the vet to fill out an editable pdf and claimed it took 20 mins) Just FYI a typical health certificate is around $50! STAY AWAY! The Entire banfield company is a scam. Their customer service department will simply ignore your emails if they don’t want to help you. Wish I had looked at the other reviews before I went!

RecommendedBanfield in Vienna was excellent with our very large and aggressive cat ❤ towards strangers. Both the assistants and vet called me to keep me informed while our cat was sedated and progress of everything... Definitely will take him back there and probably will start a plan since our cat is getting up in age and will have to go more often. Thank you Banfield ❤
Things were all good until I brought my pet in for a dental cleaning, and she had an allergic reaction to the lubricant used in her eyes, unfortunately she was unable to be treated and had to be put down. The veterinarian at the clinic was very unsympathetic and I have not been able to return for care for my other pets because they still expect me to pay even though my cat is now dead because of them. She was my first pet and I will always miss her, RIP Kitty
RecommendedYesterday I brought my sweet baby Majestic to Banfield after taking him to the emergency vet following a sudden spinal injury. Dr. Gwynn and the entire staff were incredibly compassionate and reassuring that I had done everything I could to try to help him. When I had to make the difficult decision to euthanize my baby, Dr. Gwynn explained everything, cried with me and made sure I didn’t second guess the difficult decision.
