This is a wonderful clinic. The staff is so friendly and courteous. I followed Dr Patti Klein here from Woodstock. So very pleased with my decision. My cats are well cared for.
I had my first experience here tonight after going to my usual vet last night and getting absolutely no results. The staff and Dr. Mehanovic were more helpful and nice than I could have hoped for. The relief I felt when I left was amazing. Thank you so much and you will definitely be seeing myself as well as all of my furbabies in the future!!!
While I was out of town my children had to bring in our dog Harry, who was not well. Harry ended up dying in front of my children at the vets office. The staff promptly removed my children from the room and cared for Harry. They were compassionate beyond belief to my children during their time of sorry and were kind enough to send us a card signed by their whole staff. Dr Ed is fabulous, and like others, he has opened up during off hours for me when my dog was sick (too sick to wait until they opened on Monday). He saved Boogie's life and saved me lots of $ by not having to go to the 24 Vet clinic! We use him and Wonder Lake Vet Clinic for our rescue group; he has really done a great job and saved us a ton of $.
