Elena was kind to take us in as the day of coordinator approximately one month before our wedding. However, throughout the process we found her to be unprofessional, disinterested, and disorganized. Multiple members of the wedding commented on her poor attitude towards them on the wedding day, including that she appeared “completely apathetic to what was going on”. Elena and Mia coordinated our wedding from the start. The wedding preparation is taxing no matter with or without planner, but way much more relieved and organized with their help. Both of them demonstrate their professionalism and dedication to make our wedding perfect. In retrospect, I have no single dissatisfaction but gratitude and appreciation. May they are able to help more couples and passing love&fullfill wishes in the future.
Highly recommend Elena and Mia — they made our intimate 30-guest wedding at the State Room in Boston absolutely perfect:) Even though it was a smaller celebration, every detail was beautifully planned and truly came to life! We had a ~85 person wedding in Boston which we planned from across the country (in LA) and we wouldn't have been able to do it without Elena and her team. Elena handled all of the booking and management for almost all of our vendors. She kept us on task with everything we needed to do even though my wife & I often missed deadlines.
