I took my 3 daughters for haircuts today and was very disappointed with the very RUDE staff! When we asked for another couple of inches to be cut off of my 13 yo daughter's hair, the woman who had cut it VERY rudely said "next time I need a better understanding of what you want because this is basically like doing two haircuts." (Don't worrry --- There won't be a next time!!!) We love this business. We have only had one questionable cut during all the years that we have been going to it. Know your style and be specific and they follow directions for the cut exactly. Only complaint is that they increased their prices.
Awful! I would not recommend to anyone. Pay a little extra and go somewhere else! I just needed a trim with some layers, my hair was so uneven and choppy I had to go get it fixed else where. Don't waste your time or money.
I stopped in last week to get a quick cut and Alisha was awesome! She took time to listen to me and did exactly what I wanted and needed. She was attentive and very professional. If you happen to be looking for a new place definitely ask for Alisha!
I don't remember the name of the girl who cut my hair but my bangs are horrible and it will take at least a year or more to grow back out. She also spent a good amount of time convincing me I don't need layers.. I can only assume because she doesn't know how to layer hair. DO NOT GO THERE!
Don't bother! "Alisha" gave me one of the worst haircuts of my life! It will cost a small fortune to get this cut straightened out! It will take 2 years or more for my hair to grow out. My needs and requests were quite clear before Alisha ever started cutting my hair. She was extremely arrogant and continued to tell me she could fix any problem (I should have run for the door!)---well, if I's had time before I had to return home, I would've gone back in to get a refund or get my hair REPAIRED!!!!
