Dr Chang determined a course of action for my radiation program (Small Cell Lung Cancer). Along with Dr. Chang are a remarkable team Chloe, Andi(e?), Theresa, and Kay. Dr Chang never rushed us and took the time to answer all our questions
I have completed 34 radiation treatments under the guidance of Dr. Chang. My father-in-law told me before I started about how wonderful Dr. Chang is and I couldn't agree more. During the weeks of my treatment, Dr. Chang saw me weekly to discuss progress and side effects. Every time I met with him, he actively listened to any 'complaints' of mine and addressed them all. My experience was excellent. I thought Dr. Chang and the entire staff made me feel very comfortable in the midst of the pandemic and my own health issues.
Dr Chang and his staff were caring attentive and professional.
Dr. Chang was friendly, clear in his explanations, allowed time for the information about my radiation treatments to sink in, was careful and thorough in his exam, and reassuring in explaining how CAT scans work. He provided the % of cure rates using various treatments and answered my questions with patience. When setting up my radiation schedule, the doctor himself phoned me to set the time up.
Some time ago, I was diagnosed with cancer in a salivary gland duct. The cancer has a "reputation" of being very aggressive, and I was -- needless to say -- quite worried. From our very first visit, Dr. Chang and his staff listened carefully to our concerns and provided us with the care and the information we needed. It was clear that I might not survive my cancer, but I felt confident that I had the best possible care with Dr. Chang. (I've been cancer-free now for over 7 years!)
