Dr Jo took time to go over the problem, explaining the possible causes and different medications needed to help the issue. Dr. Jo listened to my concerns about the medication. He even gave a copy of the pathology report to send to my specialist. The colonoscopy was very gentle, no pain at all. My spouse was so impressed with how caring Dr. Jo is, he's going to make an appointment with him.
Dr. Jo and his staff were very friendly. However, Dr. Jo only spent 2-3 minutes in the room with me and barely asked me any questions about my symptoms. Then he didn't explain what the next step was in the process would be. It took 2 months to get my first appointment and another month for a follow up appointment. They don't accept urgent appointments either, so I had to go to urgent care.
