I had a really disappointing experience at Wona Bridal. From the moment I arrived, the consultant assisting me seemed completely disengaged. She spent most of the appointment on her phone and offered little to no guidance or support throughout the process. I had a bridal appointment in June and my experience was disappointing for two reasons: 1. Staff interaction: when I walked in, I was not greeted, and no eye contact was even made with me by two staff members in a conversation. I stood there awkwardly and then felt like I had to interrupt their conversation to make it known I was present, and it didn't feel like was I was intruding on their conversation. I said yes to the dress here! Choosing the Hecate gown for our Haunted Mansion Halloween wedding, this is the most perfect gown ever for a gothic, romantic day.
