I had the most amazing experience finding my wedding dress! From the moment we walked in, Alyssa made us feel so welcome and comfortable. She asked all the right questions and made the best recommendations. The dresses are absolutely stunning, and I am beyond happy with the one I chose. I cannot wait to wear it on my wedding day! I went in with my mom and sister today and had the absolute best experience - Alyssa made my bridal appointment such a special experience from start to finish! She was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and truly listened to what I was looking for. She made me feel comfortable, confident, and excited throughout the entire process, and thanks to her, I found my dress (yay!) 🤍 I’m so grateful for her help and would absolutely recommend working with her!
I wanted to provide a follow-up review because while I initially had a great experience with WONA Bridal, everything changed once I paid for my dress and entered the alterations process. The alterations experience was incredibly unorganized, stressful, and disappointing. After my alterations were supposedly finalized, I had two really horrible experiences with the team.
