I was completely disappointed by my experience. The consultant, Ashley, demonstrated a noticeable lack of emotion, both when showing me the dresses and while helping me try them on. Her demeanor made the entire experience feel impersonal and rushed. I truly fell in love with one specific dress, but the appointment time felt poorly managed and passed by too quickly. I recently said yes to a custom dress from WONA Los Angeles, and I couldn't be happier! Had such a great experience here at WONA bridal. I really enjoyed their selection on dresses as well as the staff! Alyssa helped me choose the perfect dress. She was very attentive and made the whole wedding shopping experience so much fun! She was very patient and kind as well and understood the vision I had for my dress. 100% recommend.
