I had the most incredible experience here! Alyssa, one of the stylists, was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely made the entire appointment unforgettable. She listened carefully to exactly what I wanted, never pressured me if something didn’t feel right, and was the ultimate hype girl while I tried everything on. She made me feel so seen, supported, and excited throughout the whole process. I truly couldn’t recommend this place (or Alyssa) enough. If you’re lucky enough to work with her, you’re in the best hands!
This is a slightly overdue post, but I visited Wona Bridal with my mom a few weeks ago to go wedding dress shopping and was helped by the lovely Ms. Alyssa. I had such an amazing experience with her! After searching high and low all over LA and OC, I finally found MY dress at WONA! From the moment I walked into the store, my stylist, Elena, made me feel completely at ease. She listened carefully to exactly what I wanted, the vibe I was going for, and details regarding my venue. The absolute worst experience ever. They have no clue how deposits work. We ordered a dress and the MATCHING skirt but received a much different color skirt. The employees that work there had absolutely no idea what to do. They contacted the owner and the store manager who don’t even live in the United States for a resolution and the only resolution was too bad if you don’t like the skirt you will lose your deposit and if you don’t pay for the whole thing you cannot take your wedding dress home. I visited Wona as my first wedding dress experience in December and worked with Elena! My family and I had a wonderful experience and, thanks to Elena’s advice, I walked out having put a down payment on my custom dream wedding dress at an amazing price. I’m looking forward to receiving it and walking down the aisle soon!
