Never would I have ever thought a business that deals with grieving families be so completely and unbelievably disrespectful. Lindsey at the Springfield MO location is only worried about one thing and empathy isn't it. After making three trips including the final decision trip with our son's family to find the right headstone for his final resting place I walked out of their "showroom" when she called us ridiculous. High pressure sales pushing you to settle and when you push back Lindsey at the Springfield Missouri location calls you "ridiculous". Thanks for making the death of our son even more heartbreaking. Shame on you! Avoid this company, there are plenty of other choices in town.
