Outdated Health Club for Women Considering the fact that this is a chain type business this particular location is one that is poorly designed and equipped. Many of the other women workout worlds have the tread mills set up so you can watch television while you walk or listen to music while here you get to watch the classes and have to listen to what they are listening to for each routine. Get a good workout This workout facility has been around for a few years. They offer many aerobic and weight training classes. The gym has improved over the years by putting in more treadmills, and ellipitic machines. Also, it has expanded so they could add more weight training machines as well. Considering they do not have all the fancy items other big gyms offer, such as a spa, and tennis court, I believe with the price of membership, you get for what you pay for.
Great Gym for Women I have been a member since 1996, got great results and have enjoyed working out ever since, thanks to W3. Both my daughters are now members and are dedicated to fitness as well. This is not a big fancy over priced gym. You will not get towel service or a pool, but you will not have to pay for it either.
