I am updating my review after giving this place another chance. Overall, the staff here truly care about you and your baby, and it shows in the way they treat you. Most of the team is kind, supportive, and attentive. Unfortunately, there is one doctor whose bedside manner and attitude detracted from the experience, but aside from that, my visits have been positive. Giving birth at Samaritan was amazing as well.
Been feeling more than discouraged and disappointed. So last Tuesday i had my first prenatal appointment after just having a miscarriage in October. When I went and had the ultrasound on Tuesday the Dr said my baby had low fetal heart beat (she thinks im 7 weeks and HR is only 100bpm) . She said radiology would call me to schedule a follow up ultrasound... no one calls Tuesday. I call Thursday and no one calls me back. I call Friday and the lady says yep your appointment is scheduled for Tuesday at 7am. Im like uh no one che... read more
I’m not sure if they EVER answer the phones here…each time I call I’m on hold for an hour until I give up. I also message through patient portal but it’s been about 2 months, so safe to say I will never hear back that way either. I genuinely like the doctors here except one who I won’t name. she is quite rude, just no bedside manner, seems like she’s rushing and doesn’t care about your needs. All the other doctor/staff are friendly, informative and answer any and all questions you may have.

Been calling 3 days in a row to get a simple damn appointment scheduled and get told someone will call back with one. Honestly, I’m not playing games with this place, I will just go elsewhere. However, higher up needs to get a hold on the receptionist area. Now I know why and understand all the negative reviews. Place has gone to hell since I last visited on 2022.
