I had an appointment scheduled for a year. Let me repeat that… A YEAR. Two days before my appointment I got a call asking if I could reschedule timing for that day, and I did. Then the day before my appointment I received a text message saying my appointment was canceled, because they were unable to call me. they were very prompt to help me get an appointment within the week, dr. yates took my concern seriously, and reasonable wait time, i was in and out within 30 minutes.
I loved all of the obgyns that I seen but Dr Barrett was by far the best, he took my elevated blood pressure during pregnancy very seriously and made the right call to induce me early. He was nothing but kind and caring. Diane shumbuso did my c section and was amazing as well.
Don't even bother calling. Receptionist is EXTREMELY RUDE! Then proceeded to tell me all of the reasons they were not accepting new patients at this time. I had 2 of my 3 children there, place is a joke.
I had the worst experience with the provider fakira, she didn’t take anything I said into consideration. Nor did she listen to my issues and brushed them off, claimed to do a “urine culture” which she never did… I absolutely will never come back here after this pregnancy.
