This location is great, they have multiple providers available and only women. The office is nice, clean and the office stuff is very friendly. I have been going there for almost a year and it's a great location. Doctor Christian deliver my baby earlier this year and i had no issues with my c section. She's great, easy to talk to and listen to all of my concerns. If you're looking for a new OBGYN this the place, I'm so happy that I found what I was looking for in a facility and provider.
This WHASN isn’t a true urgent care. They will fill you in only if you have an appointment available. There are no dedicated staff members for their urgent care. It should be posted publicly that this isn’t the case.
I don’t care how far I live, I will always come back to this office. The front desk, the ultrasound tech, Dr Julia all amazing. My concerns get addressed and my questions get answered. I love this office
I really wanted to like this place , I can say I appreciate how the doctor is thorough with everything. Now I don’t appreciate how her assistant called me and didn’t have all the information on what she was telling me then tells me todo my research on something I’ve never heard before and just now hearing about from her . Also I don’t appreciate how I had called to speak with that same assistant and nobody could give me a call back . I was seen at the downtown WAHSN urgent care on a weekend because I had been bleeding for a week and should have been 7 weeks pregnant. Catherine Wong was the provider I saw and she was very thorough in her assessment of my ultrasound and was wonderful. After getting labs drawn downtown that day to compare my hcg levels to confirm miscarriage I followed up at the providence location closer to my place of residence.
