I am incredibly disappointed with my second experience at this clinic. Visiting a women's clinic can already be a stressful or vulnerable experience, but the behavior of the front desk staff made it so much worse. Dont ever go and use this location. Before arriving to the location, we called to confirm her symptoms and see if they have IV fluids to give to help with the nausea and the front desk lady on the phone said yes we can do that. Came in with my girlfriend who is 9 weeks pregnant and having issues with nausea. The 2 front desk ladies were very rude and said they dont take walk ins and only by appointment. This location is great, they have multiple providers available and only women. The office is nice, clean and the office stuff is very friendly. I have been going there for almost a year and it's a great location. Doctor Christian deliver my baby earlier this year and i had no issues with my c section. She's great, easy to talk to and listen to all of my concerns. If you're looking for a new OBGYN this the place, I'm so happy that I found what I was looking for in a facility and provider.

This WHASN isn’t a true urgent care. They will fill you in only if you have an appointment available. There are no dedicated staff members for their urgent care. It should be posted publicly that this isn’t the case.
