Refused to let me have a family member with me, did not explain a single thing to me, sent me home with no explanation or help, made made me extremely uncomfortable and ashamed to even walk in
I went in to the urgent care as a walk-in for bad UTI symptoms. It took an hour for them to take me in after that. The doctor saw me for about 30 seconds and sent my urine sample to a lab said it would take a day for them to get the results back. I was told I would receive a phone call if my results were positive. I drive 30 minutes to get there after struggling to find the spot. I called ahead to make an appointment, but they informed me that they only accept walk-ins until 7 p.m. I arrived exactly at 6:20 p.m., but they informed me that they no longer accept walk-ins due to capacity constraints. I wish they had posted a notice or provided any other information beforehand to let us know about this change, which left me very unsatisfied and forced me to take the long drive to their place.
