After waiting half an hour on call there was no one to pick it up.
Team is professional and considerate
Have been calling every day for two weeks, every time I wait 30-40 minutes on queue only for it to go straight to answering machine when its my turn. I have left messages every day for two weeks with my contact information and have not received a call back. The ultrasound I require is time sensitive and I am running out if time for this specific test which is a common one so I can assume this happens often. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. I may not be able to get the test done now.
The technologist was amazing! I loved how she was explaining my 17 week old babies body parts very thoroughly and she was very kind and gentle throughout the ultrasound procedure. And the front desk lady was so kind and understanding when I arrived because I drank to much water and needed the rest room immediately. I would totally recommend this place to anyone!
