Appreciate the time Doctor Mass spends with her patients. Her staff is also very patient and professional. All make you feel comfortable.
I always get great service, everyone is so nice and understanding. The office is clean and they are always on time. I go to the Grayslake office, the lake forest one is too crowded. The doctors do care and help you with advice.
Dr Mass is very easy to talk & I feel totally comfortable with her
I had my first visit with Dr Mass yesterday. I really like her approach. We had a good dialogue vs instruction which is important to me. She and her staff took plenty of time with me. I felt respected. I am glad she is my new doctor.
I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Mass and all the girls there!! From the moment I walk in, I feel welcome and at home. I trust Dr Mass, her advice and her knowledge; she helps me make decisions with her guided expertise. I drive an hour and 15 mins just to see her and the girls and it’s worth every minute. She is the best dr I have ever had and she has the most amazing staff supporting her and myself!
