Do not see Patricia Waters-Decker. She is a nurse practitioner, not a doctor. I had a horrible experience during my routine, annual exam. Be sure you see an actual doctor. I will not be going back to this place.
If I could I would give negative rating. Dr Papageorge don't listen or go over any "new" issues you have, too focused on maintenance and then can't get those details correct either. And getting your MEDICATIONS called in... FORGET ABOUT IT! . LIFE SUSTAINING MEDS AT THAT! MOST INCOMPETENT BACK OFFICE I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. RUN AWAY. PICK A DR THAT WILL TRY TO HELP AND NOT MAKE YOU SICKER. The absolute worst care Ive ever encountered. It took two weeks for an appointment, and another two weeks to battle calling their call center to get my results. Its been another two weeks ( a total of 6 weeks) and I still dont have my prescription. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else. I got better treatment at the state clinic. Too bad Dr. Rolliing works here because she is a good Dr. who works with Horrible staff. This place has just gotten too big to handle. Sad because Dr. Volker really had good intensions ... read more
