They double charge for the same procedure, then give you the run around, and give you 3 different reasons why they double charge. Have them give you an itemized bill and look closely.
Answer the phones would be helpful. Poor customer service.
It’s very accessible and staff is great!
Everything. Both of my parents have been there and ended up being worse than when they went in. Infections or whatever after surgeries. Mom went to the ER and thank God we were there and she was coherent. An anesthesiologist came in and had the right room number and my mom's name but she wasn't going for surgery like he was informed. Wasn't even the right patient. What would have happened if nobody in the room paid attention? I would never suggest anybody going to this hospital ever and want my parents to leave Bellin. The RNs and CNAs on 2 South are amazing!! Rachel in Occupational Therapy is the best person in the entire hospital!! Dr. Steven Gerndt and his team-outstanding! Dr. Dina Abi Fadel - amazing! Kindness almost everywhere you go. Overwhelming kindness!
Staffing is great. Was taken care of very well
some of the nurses were terrible. waited for medicine over an hour. they made me feel like I wasn't doing anything to help myself get. better but yet they were never in here.
This is by far the best hospital around. I don't and won't go anywhere else.
