Absolutely insane—I scheduled a full foil to make my dark blonde hair lighter. The day before the appointment, they asked me about my current hair and more about what I wanted to be done. They told me that I had to come in earlier, and suggested 1:30 for a 3:45 appointment. I thought that was a little odd due to the gigantic time difference that is.
