Extremely disappointed how unprofessional Dr. Tam is. Took my 90 year-old mom in to get to the root of her problem, I attended the appointment with my mom because she tends to get confused. When I tried to intervene.Dr. Tam just Continued to ramble one thing after the other to my mother with several different treatments for something that wasn’t even tested for and she refused to acknowledge my questions and wanted to just address my mom as if I were not in the room with her..Would not recommend at all!
I was not a patient at this office. My sister was, and I had the privilege to experience. The kindest staff I have ever met. From Margaret, who is so funny and Gave such a detailed explanation of what the procedure was about . The receptionist, Heather, who is so gentle . Alex, who Was so kind . Evelyn is so caring an sweet beyond Belief. last, but not least Dr. Kim was also Just wonderful. Truly, this was a great atmosphere and would definitely refer this office to anyone who was the need
Awesome place. They treat urinary/incontinence issues.Staff is great. I feel comfortable here.
