Let’s start with the text confirmation that stated my appointment time and nothing more. My husband booked the appointment for me and did not have the address. The confirmation did not ask me to arrive any earlier than my appointment time and when I did there was zero parking. I went to the top of the parking garage and still no parking. You should inform your patients to arrive a min of 30 minutes prior to your appointment to find parking. Also add your business name to your confirmation.
