I recently underwent a procedure at WOSC at GBMC and I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience. I had never had surgery before, so I was pretty nervous and had a ton of questions. Every single person, from the receptionist to the surgeon performing the surgery, was incredibly kind and made sure we were well taken care of. I would recommend anyone to come here for any kind of outpatient surgery!
I’ve had a bunch of surgeries in the women’s surgical center and I’ve been happy with the care every time. I had surgery on Jan 29th and it exceeded even the best expectations. It’s the best part of the hospital! The nurses are nothing short of amazing. My Dr team was awesome. I just can’t say thank you enough to all the staff for the excellent care!!!!!

Nurses are the best and these nurses were so wonderful getting me ready for surgery and helping me in recovery. I'm so thankful for the kind and compassionate care they provided. It made me feel safe during something that was scary for me. Dr. Helou performed my surgery and she is a wonderful doctor who listens to your concerns and actually hears them. I had outpatient surgery at WOSC of GBMC recently. I can't say enough good things about my experience. Everyone I encountered was caring and compassionate. The nurses are amazing. They treated me with such kindness and were truly aware of my feelings and condition. Usually you would not say that surgery was a wonderful experience, but the staff at GBMC made it so much better.
