I dealt with 3 different staff members today and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They were on time, very pleasant, respectful and my procedure was explained to me in great detail. I even made a point of saying so as I was leaving.
I dealt with 3 different staff members today and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They were on time, very pleasant, respectful and my procedure was explained to me in great detail. I even made a point of saying so as I was leaving.
Some of the staff at this business are incredibly rude, pushy and insensitive. The lack of sensitivity (especially considering they are dealing with pregnant women) is actually quite shocking. I have been a number of times for scans and unfortunately have never left happy, sometimes quite upset, due to the staffs terrible bedside manner. My partner and I will not be returning and I suggest members of the public find another sonographer to visit so you can hopefully have a pleasant experience.
This place doesn't respect the time of appointments, no respect for people's time. I arrived on time, but waited 45 min to get in. Someone else arrived late and they let them take my appointment time. Doctor was good though. But if you want respect for your time go somewhere else
