I've been to this center more than once over the past few years. Scheduling around my work schedule is always difficult. I arrived for my appointment early for a follow-up diagnostic mammogram. I really want to like this place. I've been told they have the best technology in the area. I've been here a handful of times. My first appointment, I was there for 4.5hrs, not exagerating. I couldn't believe it. My most recent appointment was yesterday. I was taken back a little behind schedule, but not bad. They did the IV, mammogram, and took the IV out then told me to wait in the "closet" for lack of better description. Mammo done in November and didn't get any news back after calling 4x. Finally got a call a month later telling me I needed an ultrasound urgently. Took another month before they sent results to my dr. By then I was a train wreck. Then the dr office needed clarification on it and they didn't respond for another 3 weeks. Now I'm heading in for a diagnostic because my dr found 2 lumps. Needless to say I am going elsewhere.
