Make it make sense. I am of the age where a yearly mammogram should be done. I have insurance, show up to my appointment and turned away because I don't have a current doctor's order. Will not try to use this facility again with or without a doctor order.
Very disappointed as it was my first appt at this clinic. I made the appt 7 months ago and when I arrived, the clinic did not have the correct orders/ results they needed to proceed with my tests. And since having to reschedule, it will put my appt out until June, 2 months from now!! And the suggestion made by the employee was to call back everyday to see about cancelations! I have a job and have already missed 2 hours for wasted time and cannot spend time on the phone trying to schedule an earlier appt.
Been going here for years . My last two experiences were very bad and even made me uncomfortable.
