I’ve been waiting for 2 hours so far and the woman next to me has been waiting 3 hrs. This is not right, this is not patient care. Over booking people is irresponsible and rude.
I have been waiting on results of 2 very important scans that were done on 9/11/26 which is now 25 days ago. I called and spoke to someone in medical records on the 20th day and was very rudely informed that "our technicians don't have any timeline to send scans to the radiologist". I find that utterly ridiculous, unacceptable and incomprehensible.
I had my appointment here and they called me one day before letting me know they had not received the referral from my doctor and that I needed to go personally to pick up my own images from a previous exam to take to this appointment!! One day notice!!! Then I show up early and they still have not received the referral after many attempts by my doctor and after about an hour of waiting they get it and say wording is wrong!! So my doctor fixes it and by the time they get the new one my time is up they need to reschedule and ... read more
