I went for my 4pm appointment- bone density and wasn't seen until 5pm. 2 Other patients walked in after 4:30pm and were seen within minutes, I was the last patient seen. No apologies other than we only have 1 tech. After I asked why was I left to the end. My procedure took less than 10 minutes.
Appointment at 9am. I arrived at 845 as instructed. I was called to register not until 930am. That's 45minutes of wasted time. And it seems like this is a recurring issue based on earlier reviews. Pls improve your system and value people's time! This is not fair at all.
Leidy, the technician who made my mammogram was kind of rough and felt uncomfortable how she was communicating towards me. I get to have it yearly, I am hoping not to get her. She needs to be trained on how to deal with patients. She clearly does not know how to treat one and how to move your body in order to get a good imaging work.
