I was due for my 6 month diagnostic mamo this month and due to insurance purposes I HAD to go to a DHR facility. I arrived early to my apartment with all the documents that were asked of me. First rhe technician said she couldn't open the link to download my images. Then she said it was going to take about 45 minutes to download the images. Then I was told by a different technician that they couldn't download anything. After 3 hrs Nothing. It’s so disappointing that I was told to be out by 8:30 since I had told them I have another appointment and they said I would. The girls in the front were just chit chatting and took forever to be called
With all the bad reviews I was very skeptical to come here and, yes there was people ahead of me but between the time I got there and filled paperwork and got called 35 min. The tech who did my mammogram was so kind and when we where done nothing hurt, she made sure I was ok the entire time. ✨️
The front staff is very inefficient. They could not find my records which they took an hour and a half to tell me that my insurance would not pay until after March 22. I had already undressed and in the imaging room! They then asked me to go to a waiting room while they checked.
