Leidy, the technician who made my mammogram was kind of rough and felt uncomfortable how she was communicating towards me. I get to have it yearly, I am hoping not to get her. She needs to be trained on how to deal with patients. She clearly does not know how to treat one and how to move your body in order to get a good imaging work.
I took half a day off from work for my appointment. My appointment was at 10:30 am, I got there 15 minutes prior. It was almost 12:30 pm and I still hadn’t been seen for my appointment! I was supposed to be back at work at 12:30. I was told it could be another 30 minutes till I was seen so I cancelled my appointment and headed back to work. I wasted my morning and wasted a day off for nothing.
I've been coming here since 2000. Best place to get mammograms and bone density test.
I was due for my 6 month diagnostic mamo this month and due to insurance purposes I HAD to go to a DHR facility. I arrived early to my apartment with all the documents that were asked of me. First rhe technician said she couldn't open the link to download my images. Then she said it was going to take about 45 minutes to download the images. Then I was told by a different technician that they couldn't download anything. After 3 hrs Nothing.
