If I could give this place zero stars I would. they were always late calling with lab results. They rarely had me do check ups. I waited almost 2 hours every visit to even talk to the doctor. The day before I had a miscarriage, I called the office and told them my concerns that I was having due to it being my first pregnancy and they said they would give me a call back and I did not hear from them at all for the rest of the day and I called at 1 PM. I went in because the door was unlocked crying in pain because I had tried to get ahold of them since they opened so I finally went down there and she seen me crying and said they were close for lunch with the nasty attitude and if I’m crying just go to the hospital and told me to leave I get that’s it’s lunch and I needed to go but being a horrible person is not okay they don’t care at all and I will never be going back and I don’t recommend you too she is the nastiest attitude I’ve ever met and made me feel even worse for ... read more
The billing woman is so rude and disrespectful. It was genuinely so upsetting listening to her speak to my fiance like she was a 5 year old. "Megan" was her name. On the other end, the woman that did the ultra sound was great and Dr. Lemberger was so sweet!
So glad I'm not a woman, this place is horrible. We are new to the area and my wife needed to establish a new OBGYN doctor relationship. She picked this place because they accept her insurance and it was close by, but in hindsight we should have read some of the reviews first. She made an appointment as a new patient for her "wellness visit", which is totally covered under her insurance.
