I see the reviews for this place are still spot on. I was a new patient referred by my physician. Had to wait almost 3 months to get in. My appointment was at 8:30am. Didn’t get called back until 8:46am. The nurse taking my information didn’t even know what a common gynecological procedure was that I had had in my past. My doctor didn’t come in until almost 10am! My gf is 3 months pregnant she is currently going here and this experience has been terrible these people do not care about there patients they told her the appointment was at 10:30 for an ultrasound and we got there and they said it was at 10:15 so we weren’t able to talk to the doctor or get an ultrasound THEN the prescriptions that they should have called in 2 weeks ago are not even in for her low vitamin d and blood clots PLEASE LISTEN TO THE REVIEW ON THIS PLACE and go somewhere else where they will actually care we are... read more

Told me I had to wait 3 months for an appointment my dr gave me a referral to get me in sooner bc its urgent. Drove 45 mins to my appointment then tbey explain that they switched me to the knoxville one without notifying me ! Then the lady who took me to the back to speak to me was so rude and told me she didn't care if I ahd a drs reference that I wasnt getting in before 3 months period . If I could give this place zero stars I would. they were always late calling with lab results. They rarely had me do check ups. I waited almost 2 hours every visit to even talk to the doctor. The day before I had a miscarriage, I called the office and told them my concerns that I was having due to it being my first pregnancy and they said they would give me a call back and I did not hear from them at all for the rest of the day and I called at 1 PM.
