No different than any other gynecologist if you’re coming here for menstrual issues, just throw an IUD at the problem and call it a day without providing alternatives. If you call when you’re having doubts you’ll be insisted by the nurses on the phone “ I really think this will be a good fit for you” It hasn’t but they don’t bother or care. Just the generic script every other doctor throws at you if you’re a woman in pain.
I was hurt by one of their doctors during an exam & also contracted an infection from the exam.
I want to come on here some day and say I had a good interaction with a Dr. But, here again Lauren MacKenzie was neglectful in reading my chart. The doctor failed to exercise appropriate clinical judgment by offering me a medication that was unsafe given my medical history all over the chart history. Had my prenatal care here at WHA Gateway location and the experience I had here was amazing. From the friendly front desk staffs, ultrasound techs, MAs, phlebotomist, advice nurses to the midwives and providers. Everyone here really cares about their patients and truly listens to any concerns. I usually see Dr. Braun and truly felt heard whenever I had any questions or concerns.
