They are really great and excellent behavior with patience
I have been to this clinic as well as N Tabor and I have nothing but good things to say about all the staff. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I felt like they really listen and present all options. I met with Dr Garvey-Loveland and I feel she was the first doctor who listened to my concerns about fibroid pain and validated me. I have had many doctors tell me I should have pain related to fibroids and have had many ER visits before this with nothing more than imaging and antibiotics. So far the nurse helpline and people at the front desk have been fantastic! My concern is with one of the doctors, Dr. Sito, who didn't tell me what she was prescribing. She had my prescription sent to the wrong Pharmacy forcing me to wait two extra days just to get my prescription. And during my last appointment here when I asked about options regarding healthcare due to the current political climate she seemed to only prescribe certain medications based off of if she felt the patient had enough counseling prior. I just had to go in and have a vaginal ultrasound done, and normally, in my experience having endometriosis, this is incredibly painful. I let the tech know what was going on, and she was so accommodating, kind, patient, and understanding it almost brought me to tears. Not many techs in my experience have been like that, but she was. I am very thankful for her. This place was absolutely wonderful to go to.
I’ve been coming here for some time and everyone is always extremely kind and helpful. I feel safe and taken care of, I highly recommend it. Don’t be afraid to get the help you need 🫶
