Awful. Sadly, this practice has gone downhill and office staff scares people away. Unprofessional and unreasonable staff left me furious after being a longtime patient. Be careful of being 3- 5 min. late. They will make you reschedule ( yes, 3- 5 min.) Glad I have now made a switch to a new doctor and new staff that makes me feel like an important patient.
