My girlfriend was referred to this clinic to see a specialist. We took time off of work, drove 45 minutes, and waited for two hours only to be told the specialist wasn't there for the appointment. The person available expressed the lack of confidence to perform the procedure with only 7 months of experience, triggering my girlfriend to have a panic attack.
