Great doctors. Horrible staff and Management. I have been in between jobs this past few months and had to go here for issues down there that was not normal or expected. I have a care credit card. This is used for my medical bills. They do not accept care credit. That is fine, I let the billing know multiple times that I would like to set up a payment plan but I would not be able to do a very large payment. I asked what the minimum payment I could do was. Dr g is the best gynecologist and here's why Dr g made me feel comfortable and at ease through the whole experience. She is quick and painless. Before I met her I had a lot of bad experience and it was very painful until by the grace of God I found her. The office staff are very friendly five stars. Highly recommender.
My concern is simple - If you do not call during their scheduled business hours, there is NO WAY to leave a message for the doctors or staff. I have never heard of a business in this day and age, especially a health care facility that does not offer the option of leaving a message. It is not always possible to call between 8 am and 4:30 pm! This is an issue that should be addressed.
1) Front desk was not friendly. 2) appointment was at 3pm and waited almost an hour and did not see the doctor until 4:15pm. 3) They did not go thru my medical records from my previous doctor 4) Dr. Redhead was rude, disrespectful and rushed. Def will NOT be going back.
