I usually LOVE this office but I called three times today to ask a question to my doctor about something we had discussed together and I FINALLY got ahold of a nurse who was rude and dismissive. She probably wouldn’t see it that way but her overall tone and demeanor on the phone was absolutely terrible and she was in a hurry to dismiss my questions and told me to wait until my appointment. 5 stars for great service IN office. Over the phone, not so much.
I came in for my appointment and stood at the desk to check in and the receptionist kept talking to someone to the side and never acknowledged me. I stood there about a full minute and awkwardly still she never even looked at me standing right there patiently waiting for her to pause her side conversation to “do her job” and speak to someone standing at the desk. Shannon and lorisa are two of a kind. Helpful, generous, upbeat, and compassionate. I never call and not get an appt, if it's a urgent need or med refill, they are on the money. To the nurses best nursing staff I've come across. To the nurse practitioners, fantastic ladies. Amy and Amy you rock. Doc C, hands down top shelf. She has seen me at my lowest of lows and excited to hear all my great news over a ten year span of care. You ladies don't change a thing your chemistry works!!
Her nurses are extremely unhelpful and treat you like you're bothering them. I was misdiagnosed by the doctor on something that could have been easily handled that I ended up suffering with for almost two years. I ended up just paying a lot of money to suffer and be blown off. I'm really quite angry at this facility. I honestly wish I never paid the bills. They don't deserve it as they didn't do anything but prolong an issue they should have known better about. I trusted them to be knowledgeable.
