From what I’ve heard about this doctor I will never ever go here. I’ve heard that she’s rude and aggressive. Body shaming also! Beyond crazy.
I had a really good experience with Dr. Carda and her team.
My mother in law and myself has been trying to reach the office for three days now with no answer. My mother in law had a surgery done and is having complications. No answer for three days!! I don’t recommend using this office.
I usually LOVE this office but I called three times today to ask a question to my doctor about something we had discussed together and I FINALLY got ahold of a nurse who was rude and dismissive. She probably wouldn’t see it that way but her overall tone and demeanor on the phone was absolutely terrible and she was in a hurry to dismiss my questions and told me to wait until my appointment. 5 stars for great service IN office. Over the phone, not so much.
I came in for my appointment and stood at the desk to check in and the receptionist kept talking to someone to the side and never acknowledged me. I stood there about a full minute and awkwardly still she never even looked at me standing right there patiently waiting for her to pause her side conversation to “do her job” and speak to someone standing at the desk.
