I love Amy Shell not where she works now The visit is rushed and she isn’t how she was with taking time to hear everything and being informative like she use to be I think they may be on a timer and if that’s the case it’s a shame Your visit shouldn’t be timed
Heard about Dr Carda on a podcast & I drove 5 hours for 1st appointment (office very busy) subsequent appointments by telephone have not been timely. The physician and office are understaffed for both menopause patients and OB-GYN. When calling to make an appointment or check on this appointment status the phone rings without answer. This appointment the doc hasn't called--45 minutes late.
Helpful, courteous, and kind. Very impressed with the time frames and service overall!
I have gone here for years and still am! Your never in the waiting room for too long compared to other places and they are always professional. Shout out to Sarah for being understanding and super helpful with me this morning over the phone! (Dec-5-25)
