I have never had any issues been going there pretty much forever dr.morris delivered both my children n I had no bad experiences with her. I like Dr. Morris and wade n morano I think her name is as well
The new Dr. there is Dr. Morris and she is the worst Dr ever. She is extremely rude as well as the receptionists. I cannot believe how rude they are. They really have me feeling some type of way and all I did was call and make an appointment and ask for my prescription to be refilled. I'm going to be looking for a new Dr. Which is crazy cause I been going there for 15 years. Wish Dr Morano was still there :-(
This place is terrible! The primary physician of this facility is Dr. Jessica Ybanez Morano, but I have never actually met her. I was always assigned to another "associate." One time when I called to speak with Dr. Gloria Dorris, the person who had examined me, I was told abruptly by the receptionist, "Yeah, she ISN'T a doctor." Although non-doctor Gloria Dorris seemed helpful, I could never count on seeing her twice consecutively. It seemed to alternate between her and another "non-doctor" Katrina Wade.
