They won't dig deeper into your symptoms just want to prescribe BC and do nothing else for you but also then send a huge surprise bill and threaten legal action if you don't pay in their timeframe. Also they tried to do everything on their clunky online system but that's not how I do things.
Everyone is always fantastic
No compassion, don’t listen to the patients ,treats you with lack of respect. When a woman is going in for care” especially with the lady parts . People who do this for a living should have some heart . This place is lacking that! Two visits was enough for me.
Got to my appointment at 8:30- when scheduled. Filled out paper work and waited for 30 minutes for them to tell me they can’t see me. They had zero remorse were not apologetic at all and I will never come here again, I don’t care how long I have to drive.
I have had two great experiences so far with this obgyn compared to the obgyn and the experiences I had previously. Their staff, receptionist and the doctors there have all been exceptional, caring and professional. Definitely a recommend.
