Sara Schaenzer did my iud insert and it went smoothly. Very kind woman both her and the rest of the staff made me feel safe and comfortable the whole time. I was nervous going into it but coming out I was all smiles. Thank you all miles!
Spent $1,000 on a private test because the front desk said they don’t offer it at their facility, but when I went there for a check up that required a blood draw, they had it in the lab! I could also hear staff gossiping around the corner.
I have a very good friend who has suffered for two years with pain and a noticeable mass in her abdomen. She has been unable to get help and went here to seek a second opinion only to have her appointment cancelled the day of, with no explanation. She is in tears from constant pain and fainting. Its sad that providers that are supposed to be dedicated to women's health seem unable or unwilling to help. Wouldn't recommend this place. Jeffrey Fagerland was who she was supposed to see.
I have been coming to this clinic since I was a teenager and have never had a bad experience. Recently I seen Darci Lewis, ARNP and Kamarin Allen, ARNP. Both are not only knowledgeable but also very approachable. I felt comfortable asking any personal questions that I had and discussing all of my concerns. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured into anything when going over what my options are. If you want to see someone that makes you feel comfortable, I highly recommend scheduling with Kamarin or Darci! The 2 ladies at the front desk was annoying and it was an unpleasant experience and a waste of time. No professionalism at all. Sadly they should be fired. If they actually did there job it wouldn't be so many complaints.
