Dr. Spotts has the best bedside manners . She’s very friendly, listens to concerns and creates a plan to tackle every issue. My only regret is not finding her sooner!
I was greeted and didn't have to wait long to be seen. Dr Spotts is very caring and I felt she looked at my recent test results and took time to listen and ask questions. I didn't feel rushed and made sure all my questions were answered.
I like everything from the front desk staff to seeing Dr. Bergstrom for the first time. Friendly and professional. I plan on seeing her again too.
Dr Spotts is condescending and treated me like an idiot during my appointment. Why wouldn’t I know what a Pap smear is? What kind of doctor would treat her patients like that? If you end up coming here, avoid setting up an appointment with her unless you like being treated like this and being patronized.
