I have been a patient with Women’s Health Services now for several years and can honestly say I can’t imagine going anywhere else! Dr Casal, his midwives and office staff are all wonderful and you can expect to feel like a person instead of just a number! I would totally recommend Dr Michael Casal and his staff they are amazing!! with his help and guidance I was able to deliver my beautiful baby girl after having two c sections. which was performed by him as well, he is the best Dr in my opinion. thank you for giving me the chance I needed and for helping me successfully delivering via vbac. my experience was the polar opposite of all the happy birth stories Dr Casal posts on this page. I felt like I was constantly trudging up hill against providers who didn't really want an informed patient and wanted me to just sit down, shut up and let them do what they wanted. I was treated very poorly during my c section that I was manipulated into and still feel violated and traumatized over a year later.
Dr Casal was the first to deal with my teenage woman issues to delivering my first baby. I so wished I could of stuck with him for my other two. Had a visit today with him and him and his staff are amazing! It was a sad day. Will be seeing him only from now on out.
Dr. Casal saved not only my babies live but mine also back in 2010. He also delivered my second in 2012. He is an awesome Dr!

Absolutely the best OBGYN and staff that I’ve experienced. Having seen drs from several different hospitals, including high risk drs in Knoxville and Chattanooga, I can tell you there is no one else I would choose for my care. After more than one traumatic experience in other L&D wards, Dr Casal made sure I was well taken care of and maintained my patient autonomy. I have referred everyone I know to them and they have all been very pleased.
I would recommend Women's Health Services and Dr. Michael Casal Highly.
