Submitted a online appointment, no one called me back for confirmation, so I tried calling the clinic over and over again, with no one answering. If you guys can’t answer your phones and do the simple things you’re suppose to do, then close your doors. Seriously.
After going to Dr. Toledo one time it was enough to convince me to never go back to him as a patient. I would rather make the drive to Roswell or even to Hobbs.
They lost my sons birth certificate with his footprints and took it out of the office on vacation with them ... they are very disrespectful and have insulted us several times.. been very unprofessional.. and are to lazy to look for it, I guess their gossip is more important than a mothers keepsake from the day her son was born.... I am very unpleasant with my experience there and will rather go to Rio Pecos for my next kid..
Your nurses suck...... I'm done with your services.
Dr Toledo is awesome. A great caring dr & the support staff is awesome as well. They really care!!
