Deleting bad reviews is bad business. The office staff is horrible and rude.
If I could give 5000 stars, I would! I've been seeing Dr. Xavier Smith for nearly 10 years. He goes out of his way to make sure all your questions are answered He works with you to address your health concerns rather than just telling you what to do. He wants to make sure you and him are on the same page and comfortable. And he goes out of his way to care for his patients.
Enjoy the experience here for the most part. However it’s EXTREMELY frustrating to call at the end of the “regular business hours” (aka before 5) and still get the answering service. If your hours mon-thr are 8:30-5 then the phones should be answered from 8:30-5 not from 8:30-4:30.
The whole staff is very professional and friendly. Dr. Smith listens to any of my concerns and answers my questions thoroughly. He truly cares about his patients and their health.
Dr. Frederick is amazing and I didn’t have to wait long at all. I love the South location and all of the staff❤️
