Great staff and dr. Kaufman is caring and compassionate. I didn't give it 5 stars as they billed my copay twice and when I went in receptionist kept insisting I didn't pay which was very annoying.
I absolutely love this place and it's staff! The receptionists, genetic counselors, insurance specialists, nurses, and doctors - everyone is super efficient and friendly! They are very accommodating when it comes to making appointments and very good about reminding you through phone calls, texts, and emails. I also feel like I am treated with kindness and respect by everyone I encounter while there. I was new to the area and I was so lucky to have found this amazing practice! I want also fortunate enough to be able to have Dr. Jane Rudolph as my OB she is amazing and I looked forward to each and every appointment I had with her. If anyone is considering a practice this is the one!!
