I absolutely love going to my gynecologist here but the lady over the phone is extremely rude every time i’ve ever made a call. I express concern I have because she ask, then makes me feel stupid for the things i’m saying. With all of the negative reviews on the front desk person i’m not sure why they haven’t found someone else.
Dr. Alexandra Shurling delivered my son in January 2025, and my next son in April of 2026. I would describe her as a patient advocate, empowering, educated and educating physician who genuinely cares for her patients. The way she showed up to each appointment and my birth really challenged me and honestly made me jealous --Who goes to work this passionate and on fire for what they do everyday??? Dr Shurling was great in every way….. the office is very disorganized and the wait time is incredibly long…..
The people at the front desk are very rude especially on the phone. All I was trying to do was book an appointment and had to go through 3 different people and had to be on hold every time. Once I finally got to talk to someone who could book my appointment she was very rude because I couldn’t make a certain time work for the appointment.
