Dr. Shurling is the best! I had a procedure done today and she talked me through everything! I definitely recommend her!
if I could give 0 stars I would. I called several times to make a new appointment. she told me that I was too far along??? which made 0 sense. then proceeded to say that they were booked until June and I said okay that's fine, since I am just trying to get an OB to deliver for me. then I told her how I have been APPROVED for Medicaid and my Amerigroup will be in effect may 2nd. but she says she can't schedule me because it's not effective right now which is a complete lie. If I could give 0 stars I would, just because of the ladies on the other end of the phone. Completely rude and very unhelpful. Seemed like my girlfriend was being an inconvenience just by calling them to try to schedule her first appointment. If you have your job, find something else.
I could never recommend Dr. Joiner enough! Sometimes the wait can be long at this office, however, babies aren't born conforming to our schedules
I couldn’t have had a better first visit with Dr. Shurling. Establishing new care can always be uneasy but this was the best decision!
