I moved to the CSRA a few months ago and recently found out I am expecting my first. I called to make a prenatal appointment and have been given the absolute run around, playing phone tag just to even hear when they are booking for. The OB was out last week and I was transferred to a voicemail that couldn't accept new messages. It seems there are many OBs in this practice but only one sees new pregnant patients, and trying to get in touch with the staff to schedule for the doctor is disheartening. 10/10 do NOT recommend. You’re never gonna get an actual diagnosis of anything & you will wait all day to not even be seen.
My wife had to get her IUD replaced. Her appointment was at 9:25 and they asked her to arrive at 9am. She hasn't ate since dinner last night because of the procedure. It is over an hour past her appointment time and she got moved to another waiting room. I would hope that places where you are getting a procedure done uphold their appointment times. Especially when telling people not to eat. She just got called back, but I am disappointed with this service. Update: She was called back, but the procedure still hasn't started. ... read more
Dr. Shurling is the best! I had a procedure done today and she talked me through everything! I definitely recommend her!
