Dr Suba, as the owner of Grace Obstetrics & Gynecology, has decided to start using an AI ASSISTANT, which is the MOST infuriating, frustrating thing I’ve ever been forced to endure with a medical provider! I understand that 99% of patients are complaining about having to use this new system, myself included. I LOVE my provider @ Grace, and have been with her for years, receiving excellent care! I really liked his personality. He was very easy to talk to.
I went to Dr. Suba because I was experiencing bleeding (and I'm 77 years old). He suggested a vaginal ultrasound to help diagnose what's going on. We are traveling and unbelievably I was able to get an Ultrasound the next day. The Ultrasound was painless and even though my follow-up appointment wasn't until a few days later, they were able to fit me in within minutes of the ultrasound to not only discuss the findings with Dr. Suba but also he was able to do an immediate biopsy.
